The timeline provides a visual representation of the story of transatlantic slavery and abolition. The resources will be added to over time.
Each strand is colour coded (e.g. development of transatlantic slavery, resistance, abolition movement, legal challenges and laws) so that developments can be easily folllowed through history.
The timeline contains text, pictures and audio. Phase two development (due shortly) will also allow teachers to edit the timeline and add their own material.
